Anonymity - Unless questions requesting information that identify you as a survey respondent (eg your name, or email address) has been asked within a survey, or the survey is flagged as Not Anonymous within the footer, then all data will remain strictly anonymous with no personally identifying information being shared with anyone connected with the creation of the Survey. A unique ID number is assigned to respondents to allow anonymous follow-up messaging, however it is not possible for the Survey Manager to identify a user individually from this info. Whilst a Survey Manager may reveal their identity in a follow-up message, you are under no obligation to release yours as a Survey respondent.

Data retention - Your data will be held on the NOL Servers in London UK, and will not be retained for any longer than the purpose intended nor shared with any other third parties.

Use of cookies - Cookies are kept to a minimum and used only for the functional operation of the website. By using the website you agree to this policy. No usage nor marketing data is shared. We will not combine analytical information with other data sets in a way that would directly identify who you are.
